Personal Statement
I am an early career researcher and with an interest in mining and transportation sectors of the economy, with a passion for advancing sustainable solutions in machining technology. My work focuses on machining applications in aerospace, mining railways and automotives. My goal is to develop and train models that address Africa’s challenges, particularly in the quest for the development of the mining sector to reduce dependency on fossil fuel, as this will create employment for our teeming youth and help to improve the government source of generation and also ensure sustainable development through collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches.
