Brief biography including some selected publications
Omolola Ogbolumani is a researcher in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, and Operational Research focusing on food, energy and water systems. I integrate 4IR technologies like IoT, Machine Learning and Blockchain with sustainable development to tackle environmental challenges. I have numerous publications in high impact international journals and hold two patents in smart sustainability for waste management. As an advocate for technological innovation in Africa, I mentor young innovators through the FuturizeU Startup Incubator, Fuel Africa Innovation Program and AFRETEC Health Innovation challenge, where ideas are turned into solutions for healthcare and climate change.
