A. Personal Statement
I hold a PhD degree in computational Chemical Engineering with over 10 years experience in research, CFD simulations and coding. At the university level, I possess over six years full-time experience that span across teaching engineering calculus, computer graphics, statistics, operational methods, algorithms and data structures, continuum mechanics, numerical methods etc.; alongside project supervision and community service.
I am self-motivated and result-oriented individual passionate about turning large unstructured datasets into magic. I possess a strong mix of skills in CFD simulations and coding in Python, and cloud computing environments such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Microsoft Azure.
My areas of interest include the application of AI to sustainable food production, health and energy. Powder production (single droplet drying and spray drying), sustainable protein production and product development AI research.
