A. Personal Statement
I am a Mechanical, Materials, and Metallurgical Engineer with a rich experience spanning seventeen (17) years in the manufacturing and service sectors where l worked as Production & Engineering Services Manager, Maintenance & Production Engineer, and Project Engineer (Mechanical). I am also a scholar with 12-year background supporting students, developing instructional plans and organizing and grading exams and tests. I have demonstrated effective teaching through prepared classes and relevant assignments and consistently achieving classroom management and academic goals. I am also involved in planning and execution of high quality research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, which have been published by reputable journals. In addition to academic achievements, l am a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Materials Science and Technology Society of Nigeria (MSN), International Research and Development Institute (IRDI), and a COREN registered Engineer. My area of specialisation is Development and characterisation of composite materials for structural application.
