  1. Personal Statement

The experience acquired over the years on chemical engineering research span across electrochemical synthesis and engineering, mass transfer operations, adsorption, heat transfer, energy, wind and solar renewable energy, simulation and optimization. In future, I have interest in working further in these areas to keep in touch with global current trends needed for a better future for humanity, hinged on the potentials available through service.

With my years of teaching experience and research supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, coupled with my experience as the Deputy Director of the Academic Planning Unit of the University of Lagos from August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2019, the academic experience needed for a sound curriculum had been imparted on many graduates. Some of my former students are PhD holders, while some are still embarking of further studies and research at various postgraduate levels. With my interaction over the years with students, academics, researchers, as well as industrialists within and outside the university community, conferences, workshops and industrial visits within and outside Nigeria, diversity, equity and inclusion of various backgrounds and races had been acquired. This includes scholarship, teaching, mentorship, service and engagement, skill building and personal growth.
