Personal Statement<\/strong><\/p>

I am a researcher that explores the nexus between Energy derived from fossil fuels and the Environment, with a passion for advancing sustainable solutions in exploration and production of hydrocarbons, bioremediation, and recycling of plastic waste. My work focuses on developing mathematical models towards improved hydrocarbon recovery. My research interests are in formation evaluation, particularly well test analysis, petrophysics, and correlation development in different aspects of reservoir engineering. I have worked extensively in effectively screening oil rim reservoirs overlain by gas caps for development. Recently I have been investigating approaches to reducing the prevalence of microplastics and promoting green chemistry and circular economy principles. My goal is to translate research into scalable products and training models that address Africa\u2019s challenges in access to Energy, Education, and sustainable development through collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches.<\/p>
